How I work
Face to face sessions
After an initial free consultation and dependant on your location, we can work face to face. We can meet at a mutually convenient location and our sessions would generally last for 1 hour.
Online sessions
We can also work online or via telephone. For video-calls I typically use Skype or Zoom, but am happy to use other online platforms.
Scheduling and timescales
After an initial consultation we would agree a session time. These are often weekly, but could be spaced out further and would last for one hour. The length of the coaching would depend entirely upon what it is you are looking to achieve. However, all of this is up to you to decide, and there is no obligation or pressure to continue at any point.
Benefits
Each person and their circumstances are unique. We will discuss what you would like to achieve, and I will help you develop a strategy to effect this change. Regularly other changes are identified during the course of our sessions and sometimes this results in clients re-appraising what they would like to focus on. This can be discussed throughout and the coaching can flex to fit your needs. If you would like to know more please do get in contact.
