About Me

I come from a background of working in Human Resources and prior to that, events management. I have a degree in English and Drama and a postgraduate certificate in Business Psychology. When taking a career break to raise my two children I discovered coaching and realised it was a way I could combine the best bits of my career with a realistic work life balance for my family.
I studied with renowned training provider Animas, on their Transformational Coaching Diploma course. This is accredited by the worlds leading coaching bodies - the International Coach Federation and the Association for Coaching.

Outside of coaching I live with my husband and two children in the Cotswolds in the South West of England, UK. I enjoy country walks, reading, netball, watching films and taking burrs and sticky beads out of the fur of our long-haired cat!
What is coaching?

The term ‘coaching’ means many different things to different people, but is generally about helping individuals to solve their own problems and improve their own performance. The coaching process is a conversation between the coach and the client that addresses specific personal goals, obstacles or transitions and enables them to find their own way forward.

Put simply, coaching is a process that can bring about profound change through questions, reflection, choices and new behaviours. Through this process, clients are empowered to make decisions about their life, relationships and work.
